We created a new approach to an agency website for Little Minx. The user navigates over a single chalkboard surface to each director’s home on the slate. From there, s/he can use the keyboard navigation to browse other directors or other parts of the site, or can select individual projects to add to their “Favorites” section on the chalkboard where they can share their selections with others.

The iPad version utilizes the pinch and swoosh gestures to glide over the board, or zoom out to a bird’s eye view.

NEWRINGING is an Osk-initiated project. The site offers a free, curated selection of ringtones for download by an array of interesting artists. Many of the tones were created specifically for newringing.

The collection is ongoing and users are encouraged to use and share as many tones as possible, changing their sonic landscape a little bit.

The “Stellar Axis: Antarctica” site was conceived as an online exhibition about the “Stellar Axis” expedition led by artist Lita Albuquerque and through the National Science Foundation.

For the main background, we directed a video made with footage of the team’s journey and the creation of the artwork. We took a documentary-style narrative approach to the content, giving the site the feel of a story. We were inspired by “Spiral Jetty,” the film by Robert Smithson chronicling the creation of that seminal work.
